Returning Merchandise
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority. We are extremely proud of our industry LOW return rates. Our primary goal is Customer Satisfaction. We accomplish this with our high end products and dedicated customer live support. We go the extra mile to be available to help you in any way possible.
We attribute our low return rate to high quality equipment and our exceptional and dedicated technical support and service. Our trained USA based technical support department is available during, before, and after your security camera installation. They will help address any questions that you encounter during installation from mounting a camera, to remote internet viewing setup. We will also be there for any support you need after your installation. In the rare event of a return, we have a simple process to make sure it goes smoothly.
In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, we have a simple and easy return policy. First, please call us before returning so we may issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition and include all original packaging materials, inserts, manuals and warranty cards. We charge a modest 15% restocking fee to help offset the cost of shipping, materials, and labor associated with the assembly of each package. If the original packaging is damaged or missing there will be a minimum additional 10% fee applied since we will have to sell the item as used. If there are any indications that the product was used or damaged it is not refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Once an RMA Number is created the item must be received within 30 days from the date of issue. The customer is always responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives DOA. All Credits will be issued within 7-10 days upon receipt of equipment.
There are no returns on Geovision DVR Cards and Computer Based Products unless the card or computer product is defective due to the fact that we "customize" the system and card for you. In that case, we will exchange the defective card for a new card. Damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or modifications not authorized by Geovision will not be accepted from the above term.

Return for Credit
Receive a 100% in-store credit of the total sale price including shipping which can be used towards the purchase of any items we offer.

Replacement
We offer replacements of any defective or non-operational item purchased. Your purchase comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
