Two Year Limited Warranty
Our two year limited warranty covers the purchaser for any product malfunctions and defects in material or workmanship that affects the performance of the product.
Our two year warranty runs from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and labor for all Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, and Accessories for the first year. In the second year, Material is on us but you must cover the labor for any repair. In the event that a replacement is needed within the second year, fifty percent of the cost of the product is deducted from the sale price. Damage due to shipping is not covered by our warranty unless you elect to purchase insurance on your items. No warranties will be in effect beyond the warranty term.
This warranty does not cover product damages caused directly or indirectly by improper installation, lightning strikes, power surges, vandalism, product modifications, and abuse or misuse, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. We are not responsible for any lost time, profits or business,personal injury, property damage or similar loss, or any punitive, consequential or other direct, indirect or incidental damages.

When you place an order with us, we will need to collect your name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. This information allows us to process your order and contact you if necessary. All of your information is stored on a secure server.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. We may employ third party companies to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may include order fulfillment, package delivery and credit card processing. The third parties we contract for these purposes have limited access to your personal information and may not use it for any other purposes. Among such third parties are the three referenced immediately below.
We ship daily with USPS, Expect Fast Shipping. We ship daily Monday thru Friday and ALL Items are In-stock unless specified otherwise. Orders by 4pm will ship SAME DAY. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase to the email you provide to provide you with the exact day of your delivery. Please inspect all items within 7 days of receipt.
We Accept all Major Credit Cards via paypal. You may also pay by check, money order, or wire transfer.

If you attempt to pay online with your credit card and receive a message "Transaction cannot be processed", then you need to simply call your credit card company and tell them that the charge is coming through. They will then clear it in their system and you will be able to complete your payment. Credit Card companies do this for your protection.
Shipping and Returns
All closeout items are sold AS IS and cannot be returned or refunded.
